New Year New Look

2015 came in with a BANG! New clients new opportunities, when I say that 2015 was amazing it is an understatement. I had the opportunity to work with some truly amazing creatives this last year and those friendships are still growing everyday. Not only did my circle of clients and artistic friends grow tremendously, but my small studio grew to 3 times the original size! This was a dream come true, a makeup area, a changing area, a true space of my own all with a sign on the door.

That’s the good news, now for the not so good news. For the month of December, I was fairly silent on social media, many people wondered where I had been for so long.  What most did not know was that my entire studio was flooded. When I got the call, I was greeted to 2-3 inches of water covering the floor, needless to say my heart just sank right into the flood waters. Building management got a disaster recovery firm in that was in and out in record time.  Not to mention they got all the water out, however the damage remained. Over the past month, I began the arduous task of rebuilding and I am happy to say the studio is coming along well. Then BOOM! an amazing opportunity was presented to me, another space opened up … same building … same great downtown location. This new studio is larger in size and has an open floor plan, where my original space was great, this one is just shy of perfect.

Which brings me to the title of this post “New Year, New Look”

This is the launch of my new site,  somehow I was fortunate  that your travels on the internet have landed you here.  This site will host my fashion, commercial, fine art and personal projects. More content will be forthcoming, so check back from time to time to see who has been in front of my lens.  You never know, your images may grace my little homestead on the internet.

Don’t worry www.repphotos.com is still alive and kicking! Repphotos.com will host my seniors, children, family, and sports team portrait work.

I’m looking forward to 2016 and all that it holds for both you and for me. If you haven’t stepped in front of my camera in a while or at all, treat yourself and let’s make some magic together…
